           Atlantic House Plans has designed many Award-Winning homes, Historical Award-Winning Homes. In Historic Petersburg Virginia there are three historic homes from the late 1800 – early 1900 Atlantic House Plans created plan designs for those homes. The homes are located at 211 N. Jones St, 215 N. Jones St, 221 N. Jones Street.

Richmond Virginia, Church Hill Virginia, West Point Virginia, Williamsburg Virginia.

       Locations Atlantic House Plans has designed homes for which are not in the United States are in the Cayman Islands, The Philippines.

In areas of the United States having Mountainous Regions, loads of Ice and Snow, next to the coastlines, bracing for high winds, tall foundations. Homes built on Stilts; Homes built with Basements. Atlantic House Plans is also very familiar with ICF (insulated concrete form), metal studs, metal framing, along with the standard building products.

Garages for storing large tractor equipment with 3 – 4 main doors, there are times homeowners will have a second garage built on to the property but being set back a few feet from the house.

  ~DESIGN AND PLANNING SERVICES, WE OFFER~

-WHAT DOES HOME DESIGNING AND PLANNING CONSIST OF-

•    We take your sketches and ideas of what your needs and wants are and then we design your custom home.
•    The process usually consists of an initial meeting at our office to go over house plan ideas and up to two 

      Reviews.   

-WHAT DOES THE ROOM ADDITION DESIGNING AND PLANNING CONSIST OF-

•    We will have to come to your home and take measurements and pictures to help us design your addition

    The plans can be reviewed up to two times at our office.

         -WHAT DOES THE ATTACHED GARAGE DESIGNING AND PLANNING CONSIST OF-

    We will have to come to your home and take measurements and pictures to help us design you attached garage.

•    The plans can be reviewed up to two times at our office. When the plan is completed, we will provide two sets of plans. 
 

-WHAT DOES THE DETACHED DESIGNING AND PLANNING CONSIST OF-

•    We will have to come to your home and take measurements and pictures to help us design your detached garage.

•    The plans can be reviewed up to two times at our office. When the plan is completed, we will provide two copies and a pdf if required.
