At Atlantic House Plans we are a complete drafting and design company. From our inception in 1983 we offer Customer Service that is like no other. A very important part of the design process is to make sure to have as little waste as possible for your design.
Atlantic Drafting has designed many award-winning homes for many homeowners thru out the country as well has many countries around the world. Atlantic House Plans has also designed many house plans for many builders in many areas. When design homes additions and any construction projects in Richmond Henrico, Chesterfield,Hopewell, Petersburg and others. We offer Drafting and design services,Architectural Services, home deigning and more.
Our house designs are in many neighborhoods thru out Virginia, North Carolina and many other States. We design all types of construction projects: room additions, carports, renovations, commercial, new homes, including projects for patented objects and much more.
Taking into consideration areas with high winds, and other areas with a lot of summer storms, along with beach houses, houses that require tall foundations, and other houses that are on stilts. When there are homes with basements designed with walk out basements, and others where the basements are entered through the front or side of the house.
